I was having practical students visiting trip to penang and perlis on wednesday and thursday. So we stayed at this hotel at butterworth which i booked via www.booking.com...my husband slept earlier on that night since he was so exhausted for being a single driver..he hates the way i drive...heheh...our plan to jjcm also being cancelled because we were so lazy to find the way to the best eating places...finally makan kt mamak je..huhuh..i slept at about 2 am... And woke up about 6.30... When i was in my bath...i can see that my bath effluents were reddish..i knew that i was having this "heavy bleeding" from my uterus..well this is not the first time..i think, its the fourth one during the 6 months back. Why was i not panicked?yes..because its not the first time and also, i used to seing doctors from different places...and they told me its normal and might be because i was stressed and imbalance hormone..
Usually i will feel something large comes out from my vagina..heavy bleeding at once...by that time, i know im in trouble if im not wearing my pad or if i am at the ofice...i cant remember very well the experiences for the previous 2 earlier... For the third time, it was on my 6th day of my period at 30th jan about 4 pm while i was having this conversation with one of my lecturer...still manage to continue our discussion as long as i sit still..heheh..when she was out of my room..i was not so sure of what to do..if i stand up, the bloods and clots will flushed down...camno ni...anyway, i still need to move, right...luckily im still wearing my pad...when i stand, there was a large clots flows down from my vagina...i walked slowly to the toilet..afraid that the blood will fall off to the floor...while i was carefully slowly walking, i can feel that the bloods started to flows down through my legs..to the feet...so, while i was in the toilet..the large clots falls down into the toilet bowl and i was not looking how large was it..i dont want to know...i knew that more will come...finished up washing...wearing a new pad...on the way back to my room..there were 2 drops of my blood on the floor..nasib baik bkn spjg jalan...i packed all my stuffs, shut down the laptop...punch card and heading towards home...afraid that my new pad cant afford to hold the bloods that flows endlessly..macam air paip...at home...i spent most of the time in the toilet..and change my pad every half an hour..it took about 4-5 pads being used..finally i was just lay down when i felt that the flows are decreasing..i cancelled my meeting with the students on that night, that's why i remember the date..huhuh..i choose not to seeing any doctor since i have met 3 doctors regarding to this issue and all of them didnt think that it is a serious case..i planned to make a follow up medical check..the doctor suggest the medical check up should be on 21st day since the first day period..so we starts counting..then, i have this fourth one on my eighth day of my period cycle...my normal period is 7-9days..this time, the clots are larger.. And the liquid blood are neverending flows...i cancelled my appointment visit to the factory and call the receptionist to add one more day to stay in the hotel..cancelled the booking fornthe next hotel at alor star...still need to pay because of the last minute cancelling...adeh..what to do...i cant move around with this heavy bleeding...since 6.30 till afternoon, it doesnt shows any sign of decreasing...i changed my pad more than 5 times...it should be more than that, but i was so tired so i choose to lay down a lot...that might decrease the flows..but whenever i felt the large clots going out...still need to go to the toilet to wash it out..because the pad cant hold it..until i starts to feel dizzy and feels like im gonna fall...so i called my husband...u know what, previoulsy, my husband didnt see this as a serious thing...because, we had going through this experience for few times..so he thought that this was normal...but when i starts to feel dizzy and nk pengsan...he starts to act seriously..i never had this moment before...but i knew that i was lost for few seconds..pengsan sekejap kot..my husband woke me up..he bought adult diapers..so that i can move with this heavy flows..err...first time wearing the adult diapers...felt like wanna cry at that time..then, we plan to go to the nearest hospital..Bagan specialist hospital..but by this time, i can feel that the flows are decreasing...ok, for your info i tak sakit langsung during this heavy flows..except finally being dizzy tuh..And tak larat...
I met Dr Low...he put a apetah namanya...inside my vagina..sakitla jugak..to see inside my cervics..there are a few clots remained..then pull out the thing, then using his fingers to check the vagina frontier..theres nothing suspicious thing..so he said he can stop the bleeding, and cuci all the clots...but if i would like to know the cause of this bleeding, i need use optical camera to go through inside my uterus..it might be nothing..might be because of hormone..might be because of fibroid...might be because im having too thick of uterus wall...from the scanning session...also not much things to look out...i need to get sample from the inside fo further session..since im not from the local..he suggest that i do that when im home at the nearest hospital..it will be easier for follow up sessions...and it would be better when the bloods are dried out..so i stayed in the ward for one night..that was my first time admitted to a hospital...first time for IV needle...first time sleeping in a hospital bed..errr...its not that bad at all..ehehehe..luckily...tak jd cuci...dr decided that i just need to stop the bleeding...and it stops...my hg is 9.5...normal is about 12... Also my blood pressure is 96...quite low...no wonder la nk pitam..i lost too much blood..
